About PORT APPIN STUDIO

Situated in the village of Port Appin, Argyll, the studio enjoys views across Loch Linnhe to the island of Lismore, the Morvern peninsula and the mountains of Mull.

Port Appin Studio

The buildings, formerly a pottery, have been extensively altered to accommodate a large studio space and decks on the upper flooor to enjoy the views of both the busy Port Appin Pier to the front, and the secluded garden with a woodland and cliff face backdrop at the rear.

Opening times

The Studio is open strictly by appointment only. Once a year we hold an open studio event.

Commissions

Commissions are welcomed. Commissioning a work may be to commemorate a special occasion, an anniversary, a wedding, a retirement, a birthday, a new home or for a particular architectural location. The shared experience, dealing directly with the artist, can be more rewarding and personal than buying ready made items from a gallery or exhibition.

Buy Direct

Buy direct from the artists . Paintings, giclée prints and textile artworks are available for sale at the studio by appointment only, by phone or e-mail, or via our online shop.
