Lockdown restrictions

Sketch for Machair Panel at Greyfriars

Despite the ongoing lockdown due to the Covid pandemic, the studio here in Port Appin has continued to produce some artworks. We have not of course been able to have visitors to the studio or have an Open Studio event. Closure did not prevent Midge's Greyfriars commission from happening and we were fortunate that travel restrictions at the time of installation were not in place.

The book telling the story of the textile pieces from conception to completed installation was able to be published.
